治理机制、管理创新能力与自主创新关系研究

摘要
将经营者管理创新能力概念引入企业治理与创新关系研究的分析框架中,分析企业不同治理机制与经营者管理创新能力发挥及自主创新间的关系;并在此基础上提出5个命题及构建概念模型。分析结果表明,CEO补偿、CEO长期任期及两职分离有利于管理创新能力发挥;股权过度集中阻碍管理创新能力发挥;管理创新能力发挥能够促进企业自主创新。
