IH&RA welcomes the Hong Kong Hotel Association back into membership as of 1 January 2004 and is pleased to announce that two Russian associations joined the Association in December last year. Good news from James Lu, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA) we are reactivating our membership in 2004 . This comes after Paris HQ and HKHA stepped up contact throughout the SARS epidemic last spring
