摘要：

国外学者的研究表明,农业补贴产生"溢出效应"对农户非农劳动供给、非农行业、城市发展、居民消费和健康、生态环境、社会福利、世界市场农产品价格、其他国家的福利产生多方面的影响。文章梳理后发现,农业补贴是一把双刃剑,启示我们需要加强对其"溢出效应"的研究,在设计我国补贴改革路径时必须在多维视角下通盘考虑、权衡利弊、审慎行事。
