价值、维度与属性视角下的组织管理时间透镜研究

摘要
随着组织时间研究的深入,深刻剖析组织管理研究中的时间透镜及其维度和属性非常必要。基于此,首先从现象、视角、变量和方法层面,指出时间透镜对于组织管理研究的独特价值;其次,厘清"时间"的结构维度和阐释维度,以及每个维度下的两个子维度,并考察不同维度及子维度之间的互动关系;再次,考察不同时间维度下的时间属性,及其相关研究;最后,对组织管理研究中时间透镜的运用进行展望,以期为"时间"视角在组织管理研究中的理论分析和实证研究奠定基础。
