摘要：

20世纪中叶以来,共同演化的研究领域逐渐从生物学领域拓展到社会经济领域,由于构建了与西方传统经济理论不同的分析框架,它正成为当前经济学研究的热点议题。本文试图在主流文献的基础上对西方学者的共同演化理论进行梳理,主要论述了组织与环境共同演化、技术与制度共同演化的基本内涵。
