摘要
为引领教师专业发展,同时也是为了便于教师履职管理和考核,英国将先前颁布的教师专业发展各个阶段的标准整合起来,形成一个"一体化"的教师专业标准框架。本文对英国教师专业标准框架的制定过程、内容特征进行评析。
