2007年阿里巴巴B2B业务的上市价值,证明了B2B电子商务平台所蕴含的模式力量.对B2B电子市场模式的演进历史、价值诉求、结构分类等做一个回顾与评述;并从一个独立企业角度出发,指出各类B2B电子市场发展当前面临的问题和可能战略途径.
