The operational requirement of batch 03 of FY-3 meteorological satellites passed the expert review organized by China Meteorological Administration(CMA).The first satellite is scheduled to launch in 2018.China’s first rainfall measurement satellite is among the batch.Chief Commander and Chief Designer of FY-3 satellite GAO Huoshan announced,"In six years,FY-3batch 03 will achieve 4-satellite networking observa-
