The detailed rules of subsidies for electric vehicles of the US Inflation Reduction Act has been implemented for nearly three months.Attracted by the huge potential market,Chinese enterprises are moving their factories to eligible countries in order to connect with the European and American markets more smoothly,and South Korea has become their latest destination.
