Al掺杂对0.7Bi0.85Nd0.15FeO3-0.3BaTiO3陶瓷的结构、形貌和性能的影响

采用固相烧结法制备了0.7 Bi0.85Nd0.15Fe1-xAlxO3-0.3 BaTiO3(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)陶瓷材料,系统研究了Al元素掺杂对陶瓷的晶体结构、微观形貌以及多铁性的影响。X射线衍射结果表明Al掺杂有效抑制了体系中杂相的产生,陶瓷的晶体结构菱方结构(R3c)结构。晶粒尺寸随着掺杂量的增加而略微增大,未掺杂样品平均晶粒尺寸约为1.0μm,随着Al含量增加逐渐增大到1.5μm。此外,Al掺杂能有效抑制陶瓷中的Fe2+离子产生,减少氧空位的存在,使得掺杂后的陶瓷材料铁电性能得到了明显改善。实验结果表明,适量掺杂能够提升材料的剩余极化强度。适量掺杂Al元素以后,体系的漏电流密度降低了,达到了1.2×10-9A/cm2。
