工业互联网时代的传统制造企业商业模式创新路径

摘要：

工业互联网的出现为制造企业商业模式创新提供了技术可能性的同时,外部与内部影响因素在互动过程中如何相互适应构成了制造企业商业模式创新的新挑战。基于海尔1984—2019年和长虹1958—2019年的案例资料,结合扎根理论与案例分析方法,提出制造企业在工业互联网时代基于"外部环境-内部环境"的商业模式创新路径的分析框架,并通过长虹案例饱和度检验后,将其修正为"外部环境-内部环境-内外部交互"三因素理论框架,凸显了内外部环境影响下创新学习在商业模式创新中的重要作用。大样本经验分析表明,创新学习(包括开放学习以及互联网创新生态创造)对制造企业商业模式创新具有正向影响。研究揭示了工业互联网情境下的制造企业商业模式创新路径,为制造企业借助工业互联网驱动商业模式创新提供新的分析框架。
