摘要：

公司企业家精神是动荡环境中企业保持竞争优势的重要手段。探讨了影响公司企业家精神的两个主因素:CEO变革型领导行为和战略柔性,认为CEO变革型领导行为和战略柔性能显著影响公司企业家精神。以长三角、珠三角高新区的253家中小企业为研究对象,对所获数据运用层级回归分析方法,结果表明:CEO变革型领导行为和企业战略柔性对公司企业家精神有显著正向影响;战略柔性在CEO变革型领导行为与公司企业家精神之间起部分中介作用。
