摘要：

介绍了动机的自我决定理论(SDT)的主要内容,综述了自我决定理论所强调的自主动机在学校和家庭教育、心理治疗、运动和休闲、组织管理、朋友和浪漫关系等各应用领域里表现出的积极效果。同时,对SDT理论进行了评价,并指出了今后SDT理论需要进一步探讨的问题:跨文化一致性、基本概念界定和动机的个体差异等。
