企业创新的集群驱动

摘要：

本文吸收和整合了两个理论视角——企业行为理论和组织生态学,深入探讨产业集群对企业创新的驱动作用。从企业行为理论来看,集群期望为集群企业提供了绩效评估的基准,进而影响企业的创新决策。从组织生态学来看,集群生态系统的动态演进会影响集群企业对外部环境的认知,从而作用于企业的创新决策。我们的实证分析基于中关村科技园区高新技术企业2002￣2003年的年度数据。结果显示,企业绩效越是低于集群期望,集群企业越有可能采取高强度的研发战略;另外,集群企业的研发强度与集群进入率成倒U型关系,与集群退出率成正相关关系。
