China’s rapid economic development combined with visionary long term strategy has led to the rapid emergence of a great scientiic establishment with innovative capacity.he last 15 years have witnessed a dramatic lit in Chinese research infrastructure for promoting excellent research and for cultivating young talents in science and technology.
