我国校企技术转移效率及影响因素分析

摘要：

高校对企业的技术转移是国家创新体系建设的主要工作之一。采用SFE方法测算了我国27个省市高校从2000—2006年以来对企业的技术转移效率,并分析了非效率因素。分析发现,我国总体上校企技术转移效率比较低,各省市差异大;校企技术转移受到了诸如专利、地区人均研发投入等内外部因素的影响较大。分别从政府、高校和企业三个方面给出了提高校企技术转移效率的政策性建议。
