结直肠癌筛查方法现状及研究进展

摘要：

随着生物技术和医疗技术的发展, 结直肠癌的筛查手段在逐步完善, 目前筛查方法包括侵入性检查和非侵入性检查。由于侵入性检查价格昂贵、患者依从性差等, 目前还不能完全独立应用于全国性的结直肠癌筛查工作, 急需更简便、经济、特异性与敏感性高的检查作为辅助手段, 因此非侵入性检查方法成为该领域的研究热点。侵入性检查主要为内镜检查, 非侵入性检查主要为影像学检查及基于不同样本来源的检测。文章总结了目前结直肠癌筛查方法的现状及研究进展。
