<正>临床相关研究表明,贯叶连翘提取物和安慰剂在治疗轻度抑郁症和中度抑郁症患者中,前者要明显优于后者[14]。在疗效方面,与选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂、三环类抗抑郁药药效相当,然而贯叶连翘提取物对抑郁症重度患者疗效并不明显。本次研究以疏肝解郁胶囊和百优解对轻度抑郁症患者、中度抑郁症患者进行治疗,探讨其安全性和有效
