英美社区服务的发展模式及对我国的启示

摘要：
在社区服务的建设过程中,英美两国立足自身的经济、社会、文化等因素形成了各自不同的发展模式——国家主导型和社会化模型。这两种不同的发展模式对我国的社区服务建设具有重要的借鉴意义:一是加强政府的政策聚合作用;二是确立社区服务的多中心供给机制;三是推动第三部门的多元化组织格局;四是积极推进民众的社区参与。
