外部学习、环境不确定性与突破性创新的关系研究

摘要：
本文探讨了外部学习(技术学习与管理学习)对企业突破性创新的影响,考察了环境不确定性(技术不确定性与市场不确定性)对以上两种关系的调节作用.通过对168家高新技术企业的实证研究发现,技术学习与管理学习都对突破性创新具有显著影响,技术不确定性正向调节技术学习与突破性创新的关系以及管理学习与突破性创新的关系,市场不确定性正向调节技术学习与突破性创新关系.最后,探讨了研究结论的管理启示以及未来的研究议题.
