社区弹性概念的界定、内涵及测度

摘要：

通过梳理弹性和社区弹性的概念,系统归纳了现有文献的代表性研究对其内涵的阐释。在此基础上,总结了学术界对社区弹性概念理解的三点共识:社区弹性是在压力下维持社区基本功能的能力;它是社区在灾难事件发生后迅速恢复的能力;它是危机发生后社区自组织、自适应、自我恢复的过程。同时,对社区弹性的现有测量模型进行了梳理和评价,并对其研究现状进行了分析与展望。
