摘要：

本文分析了贸易、技术以及制度对1998年-2009年间中国工业部门熟练劳动和非熟练劳动工资溢价的影响。研究表明,中国工业部门细分行业内部对熟练劳动需求缓慢上升;工业部门细分行业的净贸易额对熟练劳动需求的影响为正,而对非熟练劳动的需求具有负效应;计量分析显示,国际贸易具有扩大中国工业部门熟练劳动对非熟练劳动工资溢价的效应,技术进步具有拉大熟练劳动对非熟练劳动工资溢价的作用,而就业保护则降低了熟练劳动对非熟练劳动的工资溢价。
