摘要：

<正>灾难性事件对受害者会产生莫大的身心伤害,灾难幸存者还有可能产生创伤后压力障碍(Post-traumatic Stress Disorder,PTSD),而救助工作人员(caregiver)在履行救助行为的同时也暴露于创伤经验中,是否也会对其身心造成影响?对此心理学研究文献中出现了共情疲劳、继发性创伤压力等概念,用来描述助人专业领域的心理健康问题。
