欧盟云计算战略与行动举措——欧洲云计算服务潜力的充分释放

摘要：
云计算潜在的巨大经济社会效益和作为未来互联网的支撑基础,受到世界各主要国家的高度重视。2012年9月27日,欧委会向欧盟理事会和欧洲议会提交欧洲云计算战略及行动举措政策文件。通过对欧盟云计算的发展现状、已采取的行动计划和拟采取的新行动举措,包括欧盟云计算战略的三大关键行动,进行分析解读,旨在为中国云计算服务的可持续发展提供有益的经验借鉴。
