摘要：
In this paper the "residual complex" is defined when a group and its subgroups acton a complex. With its aid a homological spectral sequence of group products is given. And theauthor makes a concentrated study of the structure of the residual complex and proves that itbecomes a clear "step complex" if the group can be expressed as an amalgamated free productof its subgroups.
