摘要：

在经济全球化背景下,地方产业集群竞争力的提升需要与全球价值链上行为主体互动实现升级。本文通过对相关文献的理论综述,回顾了全球价值链的主要内容,对嵌入全球价值链的地方产业集群升级理论的国外研究现状进行了梳理和评述,以期对相关理论有一个深入、全面的认识。
