摘要：
根据美国高等教育信息化现状,分析了美国高等教育机构积极发展信息技术的驱动力,如政府政策导航,重视战略性管理,市场导向、竞争盘活,办学机制灵活、强强互补,强化创新,标志性探索的广泛应用等,同时为加快我国高等教育信息化建设步伐提出了建设性对策。
