法国即将出台一项新的离婚法案。此法案将使离异变得更加简单。主要有两条:1/Marriages could be dissolved by one partner alone 2/remove the notion of blame from most divorce proceedingso其目也有两条:1/make divorce qmcker 2/make divorce less traumatic。文末讲到了法国的离异现状:离异不易。
