摘要：

针对吸收能力构念理解随意化和内涵界定泛化愈演愈烈的问题,本文在系统梳理和分析国外吸收能力研究经典文献的基础上,探讨了吸收能力起源问题,界定了吸收能力的内涵,解读了吸收能力的主要理解误区,对吸收能力构念进行了解构和再建构,最后对未来研究进行了简要展望。
