摘要：
从风险的角度出发,运用博奕论和信息经济学的有关理论,对医疗保险市场的信息不对称进行了较为深入的分析和定量研究,通过加强外部监管,机制设计,建立了医疗保险的委托代理模型,为医疗保险机构的风险控制提供了参考.
