摘要：
According to Chomsky,the grammar of Language is a device that generates all of the grammatical sequences of Language and none of the ungrammatical ones.However,as the foundation of Universal Grammar,independence of grammar is strongly criticized by many other linguists.This paper aims at reviewing the literature and illustrating different ideas towards Universal Grammar.
