基于典型相关的风险企业控制权结构与企业成长能力的实证研究

摘要：

以2006年沪深股市中有风险投资公司持股的30家上市公司为样本,运用典型相关分析方法对风险企业控制权结构与其成长能力进行实证分析。结果表明:风险企业控制权结构与其成长能力之间呈高度相关性;风险投资公司在董事会中所占的比例和风险投资公司拥有特殊控制权是影响风险企业成长能力的主要因素。
