组织即兴:一个尚需深入研究的领域

摘要
组织即兴是近年来国外组织行为学研究领域中的热点,是指组织有意地并且在很大程度上地将一种新奇"产品"的计划与执行融合到一起,或者是"试图以一种新的方式达成目标的自发的和创造性的过程"。相关的实证研究发现,组织即兴受到环境的波动水平、组织记忆水平、团队的稳定性等因素的影响;而个体即兴受到团队行为整合、团队凝聚力、个体经验等因素的影响。即兴对创业、新产品研发、创新等结果变量均具有一定的影响。未来的研究有必要从即兴的理论建构、测量工具、影响因素和实践应用等方面进行深入探讨。
