摘要：

针对分布式电源的不断接入,使得配电网的负载需求越来越复杂,三相不平衡问题越来越突出。文中提出了一种考虑多时段负荷变化和开关操作次数等问题,以减少变压器出口侧三相电流的总体不平衡度和最小化开关操作次数为目标构建优化模型,采用改进的微分进化算法用于提高收敛速度,避免优化过程早熟。并通过算例验证了改进算法的有效性和准确性。结果表明,该算法实现了深度优化,能有效地解决多目标动态重构问题。该研究为我国分布式电源接入配电网的多目标重构提供了参考和借鉴。
