我国高校上市公司与大学“产学”合作关系的实证分析

摘要：

高校上市公司是我国特有的"产学"合作类型。为研究大学在多大程度上推动高校上市公司的自主创新活动开展和市场业绩成长,本文提出了大学与高校上市公司"产学"合作关系的模型,并对三个假设进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)高校上市公司的自主创新成果与相关大学的技术水平呈弱正相关;(2)高校上市公司的自主创新成果与其经营业绩不相关;(3)高校上市公司的经营业绩与相关大学的技术水平呈弱负相关。
