摘要：
总结肖伟教授应用"通督治郁、针药并用"治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的经验,提出"郁"在该病的发病过程中占据重要地位,该病多为本虚标实证,在本为肝肾阴虚、气血虚弱,在标为风火相煽、痰湿壅盛、瘀血阻滞、气血逆乱。临床可辨证为心脾两虚证、痰瘀互结证、气郁化火证、肝肾亏虚证,在辨证施治基础上,配合"通督治郁"针法,着重督脉取穴,取得良好疗效。
