摘要：

脓毒症是由严重感染引起的综合征,机体对感染的免疫反应十分复杂,通常情况下,病原体入侵机体,引起机体细胞及体液免疫反应,发生促炎和抗炎反应,若二者不能平衡,引起若干介质释放,发生一系列病理生理变化,导致脓毒症,甚至引起多器官功能障碍;该综述简述了脓毒症的定义,并从宿主反应、先天免疫、凝血异常、炎症反应、凝血与炎症网络、免疫抑制、器官功能障碍、基因多态性等对脓毒症的病理生理机制进展,以期进一步深入理解脓毒症的病理生理机制,为临床治疗奠定理论基础,指导未来从整体、器官、细胞、分子、基因水平进行多层次综合性研究,深入探索和认识脓毒症的确切发病机制,防止脓毒症发生发展,最终提高人类危重症的救治水平。
