摘要
It is of great significance to study the motion of mechanical system relative to non-inertial frame using analytical mechanics both theoretically and practically. Whittaker and began a series of research in this field. In recent years, Mei Fengxiang and Zhao Guankang have developed the research and gained some important results. Applying a new approach, we have extended the research to the most general mechanical systems with non-linear non-holonomical constraints.
