摘要：
[目的/意义]人工智能技术的快速发展和广泛应用对知识管理产生了深远影响,研究者已经承认了知识管理与人工智能的"近亲"关系。[方法/过程]在梳理现有知识管理和人工智能关系文献的基础上,从技术、组织和战略三个维度分析了人工智能对知识管理的影响。[结果/结论]构建了人工智能环境下知识管理模式三维框架,将知识管理划分为知识跨界协同、系统匹配优化和创新绩效激励三种模式,并提出了相应的知识管理策略。
