本文以美国、英国和部分欧盟国家为代表,归纳和梳理了公共信息资源开发利用中的定价收费政策及其演变发展过程和实施效果。通过各国信息定价政策的发展演变过程分析,总结各国公共信息资源开发利用的定价特点和政策走向。
