风电场参与西北送端大电网频率调节的快速频率响应能力实测与分析

摘要：

近年来,西北电网新能源快速发展,直流外送规模不断扩大,因新能源机组无一次调频能力,电网频率控制的结构性困境日趋显现,迫切需要新能源机组参与大电网快速频率控制。本文介绍了西北电网试验风电场参与电网快速频率响应典型方案,结合现场试验及2016年西北电网频率特性试验,首次在国内系统性完成了风电场快速频率响应能力实测分析。结果表明,风电场可参与电网快速频率响应,其响应特性与常规电源一次调频相当,具有较好的应用前景。
