技术多元化对企业探索性创新的影响——网络位势的调节效应

摘要：

基于112家高新技术企业的调研数据,实证分析技术多元化、网络位势和探索性创新之间的关系。研究结果表明:相关技术多元化与探索性创新正相关;非相关技术多元化与探索性创新呈倒U字型关系;相关技术多元化对探索性创新的促进作用大于非相关技术多元化;网络位势在相关技术多元化和探索性创新之间具有调节效应,其中联结强度负向调节、位置中心度和结构洞正向调节,网络位势在非相关技术多元化和探索性创新之间不具有调节效应。
