摘要：

IT如何给企业带来竞争优势,促进企业绩效提高一直是众多学者关心的问题。本文探讨了在环境压力的作用下,IT能力、知识管理战略和组织绩效三者之间的关系,并构建了理论模型。本次研究以我国东部、中部、西部的397家企业为样本,对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现,IT能力能够通过中介变量知识管理战略对组织绩效产生正向影响。企业采用知识管理战略能够促进绩效的提高。环境压力虽然对组织绩效的直接影响为负,但也可通过IT能力和知识管理战略间接正向影响组织绩效。
