改善光伏高渗透率配电网电压水平的储能电池最优容量配置方法

摘要
针对高渗透率分布式光伏电源接入配电网后引起系统节点电压越限致使电能质量失优这一问题,提出一种基于用户侧储能电池改善配电网电压水平优化模型并最终获得储能电池最优容量的优化配置方法。该方法考虑储能电池参与配电网电压调节运行,以改善节点电压水平为目标,以储能电池充电功率限值及系统功率平衡为约束,通过遗传算法寻优,获得储能电池的最优充电功率值,进而可确定储能电池的最优配置容量。仿真算例表明该方法可有效地使系统中各节点电压的越限情况得到良好改善,同时可实现对储能电池容量的最优配置。
