Management planning and control

Management control system(MCS) plays an essential role in administration and operations in almost every organization. Not only it assists managers in making effective decisions and but also encourages employees to act in line with organization's best interests(Merchant & Van der Stede, 2012). The background information is initially introduced to build the foundation for controls analysis. Based on the strategic and structural analysis, the potential and action problems are identified. Then the field research gives the building blocks for the MCS demonstration, evaluation and problem solving solutions. Such remedial action suggested is designed to give an insight on further MCS evolution within an organization.
