摘要：

Liaoning sea area is rich in various kinds of marine resources,in which the major marine resources are fishery,oil and ges ,coastal tourism resources.During marine development,the benin cycle of marine economic system and ecology system should be paid more attention,then resources,environment and economic and be sustainable used and developed.
