CARBOTHERMAL PREPARATION OF Si2N2O FROM NATURAL QUARTZ POWDER

摘要：
SiNO powder was synthesized by carbothermal reduction and nitridation natural quartz powder. At the same time, the effects of the process parameters such as SiO/C ratio, temperature and time on the compositions of products were analysed. It is found that the compositions of products depend closely on the parameters mentioned above, and that the product containing higher SiNO phase could be obtained by choosing suitable process parameters.
