CCL3和CCL4基因多态性与肺结核易感性的关系

摘要
目的探讨趋化因子CCL3基因位点2021C/T和CCL4基因位点5725A/C的多态性与肺结核(TB)易感性的关系。方法选择78例TB患者(结核组)和97例体检健康者(对照组),应用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)对两组CCL3-2021C/T和CCL4-5725A/C多态性进行基因分型。结果结核组CCL3-2021C/T的CC、CT、TT基因型频率分别为2.5%、15.4%、82.1%,对照组分别为0、18.6%、81.4%,P均>0.05;结核组C等位基因频率为10.2%、T等位基因频率为89.8%,对照组分别为9.3%、90.7%,P均>0.05。结核组CCL4-5725A/C的AA、AC、CC基因型频率分别为7.7%、30.8%、61.5%,对照组分别为5.2%、27.8%、67.0%,P均>0.05;结核组A等位基因频率为23.1%、C等位基因频率为76.9%,对照组分别为19.1%、80.9%,P均>0.05。结论 CCL3-2021C/T和CCL4-5725A/C多态性与TB易感性不相关。
