摘要：

政治制度、产权制度、法律与金融制度在制度集合中既重要而又能测度制度,通过实证分析这些制度对经济增长的关系,可以揭示制度的重要性。实证的结果表明:制度与经济增长之间的关系是较为复杂的,不是简单的促进或者阻碍的线性关系,更多地表现为一个非线性关系;而且对不同的国家而言,同一种制度对经济增长的关系也是不一致的。由于计量的结果是依赖于计量技术和数据的取得,对于制度的工具变量和代理变量的选取存在一定的争议,所以难以取得一致性的令人信服的结论;况且由于各种制度之间的替代性和互补性等关系使得制度与经济增长的之间相互影响变得复杂而呈现非线性关系,这就必然要求更好、更先进的计量技术和良好的数据库来进一步澄清二者之间的关系。
