摘要：

在借鉴瑞典SCSB模型、美国ACSI模型、欧洲ECSI模型、美国公共部门ASCI模型——4种经典顾客满意度理论评价模型及中国的CCSI模型研究的基础上,提出了以网络为平台健康网站信息服务的用户满意度评估的6个基本要素和满意度评估的测评模型。本研究将潜在变量转化为健康信息服务用户直接面对的可测变量,即形成满意度调查问卷,并通过实证研究所获得的数据对模型进行验证。结果显示,测评模型与数据拟合良好。
